GENERAL CONTENT OF JOINT AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CO-ADMINISTRATORS

  1. The co-administrators of the personal data belonging to the participants of the conference WINDUSTRY – Industrial Research in Offshore Wind Energy are:
    • Polskie Stowarzyszenie Energetyki Wiatrowej with its registered office in Szczecin (70‐263), ul. Mariana Langiewicza 14/4, KRS: 0000097999, NIP: 852‐227‐25‐75, REGON: 811949676. („Co-administrator 1”),
    • Politechnika Gdańska with its registered office in Gdańsk (80-233), ul. Gabriela Narutowicza 11/12, NIP: 5840203593, REGON: 000001620 („Co-administrator 2”)

    Further jointly referred to as „Co-administrators”.

  2. In compliance with z art. 26 item 2 on the GDPR, conveying this information consists in sharing the general content of the joint agreement between co-administrators, whose identity was indicated in item 1 above, within the range covering the co-administration of the processing of personal data in order to and on the basis of the legal regulations indicated in the information obligation dedicated to the participants of the conference.
  3. In compliance with the joint agreements between the co-administrators, we hereby inform that:
    • Co-administrator 1 is responsible for the registration of the participants and conducting the information obligation for the persons whom these data concern;
    • Each of the Co-administrators is responsible for providing the replies to persons whom the personal data concern, within their requests, depending on the Co-administrator who received the request;
    • Co-administrator 1 is responsible for the realization of the rights belonging to the owners of the personal data, i.e. realization of the right to asses, correct, remove or limit the processing, the right to object against the processing of the owner’s personal data;
    • Each of the Co-administrators is responsible for informing the owner of the personal data about the infringement of the protection of the personal data if the infringement can cause a high risk of infringing the rights or freedom of the physical entities;
    • Each of the Co-administrators is responsible for controlling the compliance of processing the personal data with GDPR regulations.
  4. The Co-administrators caused the Contact Points for the owners of the personal data:
    • Co-administrator 1 - Marketing and Event Department - event@psew.pl
    • Co-administrator 2 - Data Protection Inspector, iod@pg.edu.pl
  5. We hereby inform that independently of the agreements indicated in item 3 above, persons who are the owners of the personal data and execute their rights resulting from the GDPR in relations to each of the Co-administrators which means that requesting the execution of the rights directed at each of the Co-administrators is a request compliant with the GDPR.
